Oskar Kelemen

Kennel owner

FCI International Judge since 1984. Breeder of over 200 champion Rottweilers across four continents. Author of eight breed guides. Consultant to national kennel clubs in 23 countries.

Born in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia, Oskar began working with Rottweilers at age of 16. By 24, he had earned his FCI judging license, one of the youngest in breed history. His kennel, Von Kelemen, has been one of the top 5 globally recognised producer of champion dogs for three consecutive decades.

Today, Oskar splits his time between judging assignments, breeding decisions, and mentoring the next generation of Rottweiler enthusiasts. He remains based in Zrenjanin Serbia, where the kennel has operated since its founding.
